This morning I want to talk about your feet…both the smelly kind (which I know something about) and the beautiful kind (which is what the Bible refers to and something I want to know more about.
The beautiful kind is indeed the gospel (Mk 1:14-15) and indeed smell beautiful (Eph 5:1-2; 2 Cor 2:15) and clean (Titus 3:5).
These feet stand opposed to the devil (Eph 6:10-15) while affirming that Jesus is Lord (Rom 10:13-15; Isa 52:7).
Finally, beautiful feet move toward those with smelly feet in care and love much like Jesus (Jn 13:1-15).
